60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from your delivery date to return your item for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Return within 60 days of delivery.
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required.
  • We accept returns for defective, damaged, or unwanted items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email presstosupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label.
  3. Drop it off at any authorised carrier location.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit / Debit card: 3–5 business days
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

Received a defective or incorrect item? We’ll send a replacement at no charge. Contact us at presstosupport@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, send us a photo and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
