You have 60 days from your delivery date to return your item for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Return within 60 days of delivery.
- Original packaging is preferred but not required.
- We accept returns for defective, damaged, or unwanted items.
How to Start a Return
- Email presstosupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label.
- Drop it off at any authorised carrier location.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit / Debit card: 3–5 business days
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
Received a defective or incorrect item? We’ll send a replacement at no charge. Contact us at presstosupport@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, send us a photo and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
